Description:
Aerator is the main component of DAF series Cavitation Air Flotation Machine(CAF) machine. It uses the high speed rotation of motor to drive the impeller to rotate at high speed. When the aeration impeller rotates at high speed under water and stirs the water flow, it generates negative pressure and inhales air through the air suction hole. After the impeller at high speed in the water will bring into the air at the bottom of the pool body cutting micro air bubble formation, the coagulant and flocculant, under the joint action of suspension physical flocculation and chemical flocculation, forming a large suspension floccules, under the effect of bubble group of ascending "floccules" floating on the liquid surface scum formation, utilization of slag scraper separation from water.
QDCAF series Cavitation Air Flotation Machine(CAF) machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment specially designed for removing grease, colloidal substances and solid suspended solids from industrial and municipal sewage. For different wastewater, by adding appropriate flocculant and coagulant aid, COD and BOD can be removed more than 30% to 80% in this pretreatment stage (the use of agents and removal efficiency need to be determined by experiments). The removal rate of oil and suspended matter is more than 80%-95%. Adding decolorizing agent and dephosphorizing agent can effectively remove chroma and phosphate ion.
Noted: By adding appropriate chemical agents, the removal rates of suspended particulate matter (SS) and Oil can reach above 90%.
Applications:
Sewage treatment: In municipal sewage treatment plant and industrial wastewater treatment process, bubble aerator is used in activated sludge method and other biochemical treatment process to promote the decomposition of microorganisms on organic matter and enhance the biodegradation capacity of wastewater. Aquaculture: In the fishery aquaculture, especially in high-density aquaculture system, the bubble aerator provides sufficient dissolved oxygen, maintains the appropriate dissolved oxygen concentration in the water body, and guarantees a good living environment for fish and other aquatic organisms. Ecological restoration: In the restoration process of lakes, rivers, wetlands and other natural water bodies, the bubble generator can be used to increase oxygen at the bottom, which helps to improve water quality and restore the balance of the ecosystem. Agricultural irrigation and soil improvement: The use of bubble generator in agricultural irrigation can improve the oxygen content of the water body, which is favorable for root absorption, and can also be used for the improvement of anaerobic soil.
