Mechanical Bar Screen Grille (Circulation Toothed Harrow Mud Cleaner) is an important equipment for wastewater pre-treatment which can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shapes of debris in fluid. Multi-Rake Bar Screen is an efficient, proven screen technology, for removal of inorganic solids that can be harmful to downstream equipment in municipal and industrial applications. The heavy duty design provides durability and long life in the most severe conditions. High removal efficiency and low headloss is achieved with multiple rakes cleaning the screen and rake teeth penetrating the bar openings to positively remove captured material.
The benefit of continuous cleaning with multiple rakes is rapid debris removal for applications with a high screenings load at treatment plant headworks, pump stations, or combined sewer systems.

A set of closed rake teeth chains are formed by staggering and paralleling many identical rake teeth parts. Driven by the motor and reducer, the continuous top-down circular motion is carried out through a set of sheaves and chains to achieve the purpose of continuous fishing the solid dirt in water. When the rake teeth chain runs to the upper part and the back of the equipment, due to the guiding effect of the sprocket and the curved rail, the parallel rake teeth row can be dislocated, so that the solid dirt falls into the slag groove by its own weight.
