Plate and frame filter press is a kind of equipment that separates solid particles from liquid in suspension by mechanical pressure, which is widely used in the fields of chemical industry, environmental protection, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and so on. Constructed with an all-steel plate welded structure, itgoes through automatic cutting, welding, tempering,and metal processing proceduresboasting lightweight, high strength, and a sleek appearance. Itconsists of a thrust plate, a compression plate, an oilcylinder, an oil cylinder seat, main beams on both sides, and their associated accessories. After welding, allcomponents undergo annealing stress relief treatmentto enhance structural stability.
Adopt a bridge-type floatingstructure design
The frame structure features a unique patentedtechnology: the bridge-type floating structure.It fully relieves internal stress caused by thermalexpansion and contraction, main beam stretching,and other factors, and enables linear directional stress releaseeffectively ensuring long-term stable operation of the filter press.
The main beam adopts a patented technology: it is equippedwith special "V'-shaped all-plastic guide rails.These rails are formed by one-time extrusion and feature ultra-smooth performance, enabling the filter plate to move easily.They also have excellent wear and corrosion resistance, andensure the filter plate stays in a straight line during reciprocating movement. This design prevents the strong oil cylinder thrustfrom generating lateral component force, thus keeping the mainbeam from bending. Meanwhile, it enhances the anti-corrosionperformance of the sliding surface.
Automatic Plate-Pulling System
Adopts foreign technology, hydraulic transmission, stepless speedregulation and PLC control. Driven by a hydraulic motor, two sliding frames (equipped with special plate-opening manipulators)perform forward and backward reciprocating movements, open thefilter plates one by one, and carry out cake discharge. The plate-opening manipulator has a compact and flexible structure, with nofalse grabbing or unhooking. Both the manipulator and the transmission chain are made of SUS304 stainless steel. Themanipulator is equipped with a protective structure to preventfilter cakes from falling during plate pulling.

1.How is the filtering effect of the equipment?
Generally speaking, it is effective in removing suspended solids in sewage. The COD and BOD indicators of the treated sewage can be greatly reduced to meet the national discharge standards or reuse standards, and the content of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage can be reduced. Avoid eutrophication of water bodies.
