Mud-water separation equipment is mainly used in various water treatment processes such as sedimentation tanks sludge tanks, etc., is responsible for a large area of bottom sludge scraping collection and discharge. It is the pre-treatment equipment of sludge dewatering equipment, which effectively collects and separates solid or foam impurities in water.
Center drive mud scraper is mainly composed of deceleration drive machine, drive vertical shaft, scraper arm, underwater bearing and mud collection tank scraper, etc. The load of the whole mud scraper is acted in the center of the working bridge across the pool diameter. Raw water flows to the overflow tank around the pool after water distribution through the water distributor. With the reduction of flow rate, the suspended matter in the water settles at the bottom of the pool, and the clarified liquid is discharged out of the pool through the outlet tank of the overflow weir plate. Through the transmission of deceleration drive and suspended components, the sludge is scraped and collected by scraper to the center sludge collection tank, and discharged out of the pool by water pressure or pump. Adopting center water inlet and sludge discharge, peripheral drainage, to ensure uniform water flow. Self-absorbing sludge discharge by liquid level difference, with scum scraping and collecting exclusion device and overload protection device. According to user requirements, the control system can be networked with microcomputer.
1. Central drive thickener Structure: The transmission device is located at the center of the tank, driving the vertical shaft to rotate the truss and scraper slowly. Features: Stable structure, reliable operation, and it is the traditional and most common type. Suitable for pools with medium diameters (usually <50 meters). Classification: Rake lifting type: It features an automatic rake lifting function. When the sludge at the bottom is too thick or the torque is too high, the scraper can be automatically lifted to prevent equipment damage, making it very practical.
2. Peripheral drive thickener Structure: The transmission device is installed on the rollers around the pool body. The motor drives the rollers to move along the track around the pool body, thereby driving the scraper arm to rotate. Features: Suitable for large and super-large pools (with diameters up to 100 meters or more), featuring a more simplified structure that saves steel consumption for central pillars.
3. High-efficiency thickener Structure: This is a product of modern technology, which has undergone revolutionary improvements based on traditional thickeners. The core of it is a specialized flocculation feeding well and an optimally designed sludge scraping system. Working principle: The material and flocculant undergo thorough and gentle mixing in the feeding well, forming optimal flocs. Once they enter the tank, they begin to settle rapidly.
