5.Standard air compressor with low power consumption and long service life.
The air compressor used in Jinwan Ventilation Flotation is a complete standard air compressor, including air storage tanks. The compressed air output by the air compressor is first stored in the air storage tank and then enters the air flotation machine. When the air storage tank is full, the main engine of the air compressor stops working, and only the compressed air in the air storage tank is used to continuously supply air to the air flotation, which makes the main engine of the air compressor run intermittently, with low power consumption and long service life. However, many small manufacturers use a simplified version of the air compressor to reduce the cost-only the main engine, no air storage tank, the air compressor needs to run continuously, with short life and high power consumption.
6.Gear reducer, low noise, small vibration and long service life.
Jinwantong Flocculation Mixer uses gear reducer, which is more expensive than cycloidal pin reducer, but it has high transmission efficiency, stable operation, small vibration and low noise. But many small factories use cycloidal needle reducers.

2. Different DAF Tank Body Material For Choosing
Standard DAF tank material is epoxy lined carbon steel Q235B, with excellent anti-corrosion performance and long service life. Stainless steel SS304 is optional for corrosive waste water treatment.
3. Optional Sludge Hopper
Internal sludge hopper is optional to conveniently remove sedimentation.
4. Optional PLC Automatic Control
Standard DAF system control type is onsite manual control, PLC automatic control is optional.
